Creating a room in FAS includes built-in participant selection for users and guests.

The new meeting flow supports two common collaboration patterns.


You can:

  • Select registered users from inside the product
  • Add guest emails directly in the same form
  • Create the room and share invite links immediately

    • This reduces the friction between planning a discussion and actually starting the call.
