Contract Finalization and Flattened Output

Once all turns are complete, FAS can flatten a contract and make it available for download.

The contract detail and signing flows in FAS distinguish between in-progress and finalized agreements.


When a contract is finalized:

  • All required fields and signatures have been captured
  • The interface switches to a completed state
  • A flattened version can be requested
  • The final output can be downloaded from the contract page

    • This provides a clean handoff from live editing into executed document storage.
