Transcript entries in FAS are organized per room so teams can revisit the right conversation later.
Transcript history is not treated as generic note storage.
Instead, transcripts are tied back to the underlying room and surfaced through the video call area.
That makes it easier to understand who said what, when it was said, and which meeting produced the text used for later contract generation.
